Calling all dessert lovers! 📣📣📣 Multicultural Chat Group (MCG) is delighted to have Joan Mattheus holding a baking demo for malva pudding in our next meeting. “Malva” is the Afrikaans word for “marshmallow” and it is a hugely popular dessert in South Africa. Fluffy and moist with caramelised exterior, you serve it warm with cream/custard/ice-cream (or all three…!) Need I say anymore?
MCG meets at school every 4th Friday of the month during term time and we welcome everyone who is keen to explore the cultures among ACS families.
